Each session will begin with the Chinese pulse diagnostic technique, bioenergetic scans of the chakras, physical and subtle bodies and any intuitive reads. From this information Tara will determine the modalities to best assist in balancing the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Then, Tara will utilize two types of bioenergetic techniques she developed: featuring 'Bioenergetic Touch™' sensing, moving and transforming energy through her hands, and 'Bioenergetic Harmonics™' moving and transforming energy, with a sophisticated vocal balancing technique, based on resonate frequencies and feed-back loops.

Additionally, tuning forks on meridian command points to balance organs and bodily systems, acoustic instruments or crystal bowls may be appropriate.

Other modalities may include Dinshah™ color light therapy, color scarves or the Colorpedagoscope™ flower resin instrument which acts to sync the hemispheres.

Often, 'Janusz (proprietary) Therapeutic Essential Oils', are used in the fields. Therapeutic oils are made of very high frequency molecules ranging from 52MHz to 320MHz. They can help to modulate, transform and raise the body's frequency.
