(week 1 - colon; week 2 - liver; week 3 - kidney)


21-Day Fasting and Detoxification Program

Three-week course with three 4-hours classes.
Week 1 - Focus on nutrition and health benefits. Instructions and organizing your schedule; prepare sample recipies.
Week 2 - learn about the skin, lymph system, colon health and balanced PH; prepare sample recipies.
Week 3 - how to reach and maintain optimum weight; the culinary art of flavor balancing; cleansing programs through the seasons; prepare sample recipies.
